well first day at jobs dont always go very smoothly, does it?

but i think the staffs were pretty sociable.

i learn to arrange and prepare the sauce set.
then how to use the stations to key in orders, call for bill and stuffs. remebering the diff tables numbers was confusing.
trying to decipher the salmon, dory and seabass isnt exactly a very easy and enjoyable task to do on yr first day of work.
the colourful layered drinks made my head swirl for i couldnt matched them to their fanciful names properly.
the pans of fishes arent as light as it seems. esp the seafood platter. gosh, my poor hands were shaking like a frail old women. its a balancing act i would say. i can feel 'mussels' building up. *flex arms (:
and of course there's lots of housekeeping matters like sweeping the floor and cleaning the mirrors.

omg, did i tell you that i was given 2 booklets.
one's on product description and the other is on service language.
