Saturday Sale Feverthis is really the season to be jolly, fa la la la laaaaaa la la la la.
with all that christmas and new year celebrations going on thru decemeber, and then we have all (almost all) of the boutiques and departmental stores slashing prices.
30% la, 50% la. really quite a shiok sight.
not that i shopped like hell, cause hello i don't print money, but yeah i feel better when i see the word 'sale'.
hahhaha, i'm a window shopper.
today all shopping rules were broken.
the favourite geek paid for my esprit black jeans. :)))
at one shot, his bank account was depleted by 62 bucks. awwww.
i mean he's not obliged to pay for it so i felt kinda bad.
but but but i'm loving black jeans, wheee :D

okay, now here comes the tricky part.
to try to convince my very mean mum to sponsor some jeans and tops.
c'mon i think i need to be appreciated more.
at least some credit for clinching the gold medal.

i've no idea what i should do or react.
i've no fucking idea who i can turn to make everything good.
whats worse than the person closest to your heart actually avoids you and leaves you to fend for yourself.
i didnt ask for any of this to happen and it's not fucking easy.
i thought you should know, your words prick like millions of needles.

cook, cook, COOK.favourite geek's experiments and random food recipes always turn out decent. SOMEHOW.
i think i have jamie oliver to thank. lol.
our BAK CHOR CRAZY BURGER didnt disappoint us at all today.
in fact i love it :)
now i have a new name, "the coriander chopper", you'll see why.
300g of minced meat nicely mixed with reasonable amount of pepper, little salt, lemon zest, finely chopped coriander (yes yours truly chopped them up, i'm good at it), 1 egg white, some potato starch (so it can hold) and oyster sauce.
we made 2 patties out of it, yeah in a patty-like shape duh!
3 hours of marinating in the fridge was good.
oh my, the meat patty and egg omelette sandwhiched between 2 freshly toasted hamburger buns was THE BOMB!
i swear on my toes! :DDDD
homecooked meals with fg are the best, its the combined effort that counts.
erm though he always claims he does everything. growls.
so there we have it, bak chor crazy burger added to the list of main course we can cook.
second-to-none chips, teriyaki salmon, chicken steaks and the new addition, bak chor crazy burger.

dim sum breakfast/lunch at Dragon Gate Restaurant at cruise centre today.
oh god, i haven't had like proper kind of breakfast for ages and it was all goood :D
with no damage done to my wallet (cause ben treated us, thanks ben!), i had my fill mang!
carrotcake, siew mai, har gao, char siew pau, char siew su, chicken porridge, shrimp paste dumpling, fruit rolls and blah blah la, the usual dim sum stuffs.
but got no egg tarts ):
i left Dragon Gate belly moley satisfied *rubs the tummy. HAHA.
unexpectedly, favourite geek found himself the perfect pair of casul-and-different-from-his-norms pants at Gap.
his total damage was 94.5 after 30% discount from 135.
O_OOO
well, i liked the colour and of course the smooth material that accompanies it.
overall, i give it a thumbs up :DDDDD
now, i just need to figure out how to get moolah for some new bottoms at Gap and Esprit.
wah lao, sian to the maxxxxxx. let me strike 4D leh. ):

And so i say leaving is the hardest part.whole family woke up at five-holy-fifteen in the morning, to drop off my mum at the airport.
she's heading over to bangkok. i heard some new office is opening there.
before she entered the departure hall, we said our goodbyes and exchanged hugs.
i had to keep reminding her to call back cause i know she'll somehow forget. u know, old people la.
and hell yes, she wants me to help out with the laundry as well. i'm good at charades.
now here comes the weird part.
i do miss my mum. ))))):
oh god, this sucks.
i miss emmy.
the past 15 months is like a rollercoaster ride, but i had fun with her.
well, i can only wish her the best of luck for now.
i miss ginny.
she flew into chiang mai today for CIP.
consider your personal reminders for alex done. so we want you to return home safe :)

i'm not sure how she's doing but she'll be good i guess.

and so we finally manage to get half a dozen of donuts from donut factory. :)
The Double Chocolate Filling one was good but Raspberry Dark Chocolate was sold out.

i swear im now suffering from DOS. Doughnut Overload Syndrome.
8 doughnuts for two is really abit horror. O_OOOO.
please do not come talk to me about how much calories or carbo i have consumed, thank you very much.
oh, i'm down with a cold as well.
must be all that extreme aircon temperatures i've been exposed to.
GV theatre at plaza sing thinks electricity is free and turn on their aircons at full blast.
pizzahut at marina obviously believes in making their customers feel like they're having pizzas at the north pole. madness.
favourite geek's aircon needs some servicing, the 25 degrees is as good as 18 degrees.
wahhhh, my poor nose has been through hell lot.
believe it anot, but my last movie was Bourne Ultimatum until recently i caught The Kingdom.
and yeahhh, it was up to my expectations and worth the 7 bucks.
the firing of guns, machine guns and huge explosions were totally cool :)
if you like serious movies, you shld give it a shot.
6 months before, i didnt thought i was capable of "borrowing" popular's glue to do some illegal sticking or using art friend's scissors to trim out of place hair strands. *please note that no purchase were done after.
6 months later, i'm guilty of all those and there's prob more to come.
AHAHHA.
