grocery shopping at KAP cold storage and bukit timah wet market.
spent a whooping 25 bucks thanks to the salmon (which were super red, fresh and thick) and teriyaki marinade sauce.
and potatoes are dirt cheap. 70 cents only!
marinated the salmon slices generously with teriyaki sauce and left to chilled for an hour.
i tried to slack around, catch abit of taiwan drama on tv but was called back several times to watch the chips.
and gosh, the grilled homemade chips were sure time consuming but very crispy and tasty!! :DDDD
needless to say, the teriyaki salmon was cooked so beautifully with shades of pink and white.
the grilled black marks left on the flesh makes me go "oooooh, omg omg."
when i put my fork through it, i can totally see the juice oozed out slowly between the flesh. it was heaven man!
if u could see my face, i was grinning from ear to ear!
sweet, perfecto. :)))))
i rated the chef and teriyaki salmon errr 8/10.
lol, pretty amazing for a first timer. haha.

SEEE HOW THICK THE SALMON FILLET IS!
