our BAK CHOR CRAZY BURGER didnt disappoint us at all today.
in fact i love it :)
now i have a new name, "the coriander chopper", you'll see why.
300g of minced meat nicely mixed with reasonable amount of pepper, little salt, lemon zest, finely chopped coriander (yes yours truly chopped them up, i'm good at it), 1 egg white, some potato starch (so it can hold) and oyster sauce.
we made 2 patties out of it, yeah in a patty-like shape duh!
3 hours of marinating in the fridge was good.
oh my, the meat patty and egg omelette sandwhiched between 2 freshly toasted hamburger buns was THE BOMB!
i swear on my toes! :DDDD
homecooked meals with fg are the best, its the combined effort that counts.
erm though he always claims he does everything. growls.
so there we have it, bak chor crazy burger added to the list of main course we can cook.
second-to-none chips, teriyaki salmon, chicken steaks and the new addition, bak chor crazy burger.
wokay, im drooling alr la!
